Reminder: EMC program has been phased out and replaced with the Open Access Program (more notes on that in the previous "Routes to the Union" module.)

Also, I know I already said it in the Contract Negotiations, but just a reminder that when you get an AEA contract, read your contract, and also look up the rulebook so you know what the production is supposed to provide under that contract. You can only hold them accountable and know what to negotiate for if you know what the rules of that Contract Code are.
